Yes, in-person sessions are held in our Lanham, Maryland office. Limited virtual appointments are available.

Currently, availability for therapeutic services are Monday - Friday during between 10am and 5pm. Minimal evening appointments are available at this time.

Yes, we are in-network with BCBS, Cigna, Maryland Medicaid, and United Healthcare.

If we do not accept your insurance, you may be able to file a claim for reimbursement with your insurance company using a “superbill” provided by our office.

Private pay rates are $150 for individual counseling and $175 for family and/or couples counseling.

Reiki, sound healing, and individual yoga sessions are not covered by insurance. If you would like to schedule any of these services, please e-mail services@be-anchored.com and we will send over the pricing list and appointment availability as these sessions can occur outside of the our therapeutic business hours.

The frequency and duration of therapy sessions can vary depending on the individual's needs and progress. We will discuss this in our initial intake session.
